Canceling, Rescheduling, No shows
 

I understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment I ask that you do so ASAP, or no later than  48 hours before your appointment. 

Multiple cancelations or no shows may result in being forfeit from making future appointments.

Late to an appointment

If you see that you may be late to your appointment, please reach out to me by text at 337-516-0611. I will try my best to accommodate your appointment. 

All appointments are given a 10 minute grace period, after which it may be necessary to reschedule. 

Retail and Extension sales

​

I stand behind all retail recommendations and want you to love your new products. However if you find a retail product just isn't for you, it may be returned to the salon within 14 days of purchase for an exchange.

All sales of hand-tied wefts for the use of extensions are non-refundable due to government regulations.

Service Adjustments 

​

I want you to love and feel confident in your new hair. We will discuss your goals and what is achievable during your consultation. However if for some reason there is something that doesn't seem right I ask that you reach out to me within 5 days from your appointment. We will discuss any issues you are having and our options.
