The Pre-Visit
If you booked your appointment directly through Square you will receive a text with a link with the guest intake form to complete.
This form insures you have booked the correct service for your goals and will allow me to give you a cost estimate if you are interested in extensions.
If you have chosen to fill out the digital consultation form before booking an appointment I will contact you through email to discuss services, goals, and cost. From there we can book your appointment.
Once booked, your confirmation text will include a link with all of your pre-visit information such as location, parking, and how to prepare for your appointment.
You will receive a text 48 hours before your appointment asking you to confirm. If you need to reschedule or cancel you may do so through the text.
The Consultation
If you arrive early and the door to my suite is closed, I am finishing up with my current client. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area.
We will begin our appointment with an in-depth consultation and confirm anything we may have previously discussed through a digital consultation. We will discuss your goals and address any concerns you may have so that we can create the perfect plan for you , before beginning your service.
During your service I will have complimentary refreshments, WiFi, chargers, and relaxing music. My studio is completely private and I do not double book clients.
Your time in my chair is very important to me and should be the exact experience you are looking for. Whether that means catching up on work, reading a book, scrolling socials, or quietly relaxing.
The Big Reveal
Once your gorgeous new hair is complete we will discuss the products I used, my hair loss/scalp recommendations, and any at home care you that you may be interested in.
I do carry Davines and Innersense products for purchase.
You will also have the opportunity to book your next appointment or you may book online at your convenience. Then we may step outside and take a few photos or videos for social media.
